Job Description

The leadership role is divided into 5 key areas. The position will report to CEO, Vatsal Shah.

  1. Recruitment Efforts
    1. Work with external recruiters to bring the best talent on board with a roadmap to create an internal recruiting team in the future.
    2. Create standardized talent sourcing, talent evaluation, and talent communication framework
  2. Strategic HR Operation
    1. Processes for performance management, OKRs
    2. 1:1 and reviews framework for managers
    3. Interact with Benefits providers
    4. Guide the organization on Diversity and Inclusion practices
  3. Compliances and Policies
    1. Upkeep all HR policies and develop an employee handbook
    2. Maintain list and adhere to HR compliances
  4. Empowerment and Employee Success
    1. Support employees on a needed basis and answer HR questions
    2. Events, Team bonding, company culture development, and more
    3. Create policies for knowledge enhancements & education
  5. Creating the team and future-looking practice for People Operations
    1. Hire Internal Recruiters, SMEs for the above 4 core elements and more
