Business Analyst – Reputable Nottingham / International client

Prestigious within their sector and reputable internationally, my client is going through an extensive period of IT transformation / Improvement initiatives and resultantly, we are looking to recruit an established IT business analyst to form a crucial bridge between the technical teams and the business.

The successful candidate will have a proven background of successful IT systems / business change initiatives, with typical duties including the following:

• AS-IS and TO-BE evaluation
• Arrange / Manage workshops
• Process flows / User Stories
• Document findings and communicate them to the relevant third parties/stakeholders
• Work closely with the relevant IT teams to deliver technical solution
• Manage expectations of key stakeholders
• Training staff in how to use the new systems
