With real-time MLS data and public records, agents have the ability to view their customers' search activities and collaborate with them online, helping clients find the perfect home or market their property.

Job Description

• Convert warm leads into paying customers by making 40-60 outbound calls a day

• Conduct needs analysis and follow up with prospects to ensure they purchase products and services that meet their needs

• Coach and advise Real Estate Agents on best marketing strategies within Listingbook software

• Grow your knowledge of the Counselor Sales Approach along with Listingbook suite of products through our Sales training program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing or 1-2 years of related experience

• The desire to not only hit your daily target, but also exceed sales objectives

• Ability to adapt, learn and embrace new sales methods

• Ability to ‘think on your feet’ in order to creatively solve our customers’ business needs

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask

• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite along with Salesforce

• Real estate experience a plus

Additional Information

• This is a full time position which is eligible for benefits. Hours are scheduled at 40 per week between 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. This is a non-exempt, hourly paid position with significant commission opportunities. All employees are required to submit a background and drug screening prior to starting.
