Job Description

Winmo is looking for a motivated, self-directed marketing professional to take charge of fostering connections across virtual (social media and digital forums) and in-person (conferences and events) spaces. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, with a growth mindset and the ability to think creatively and execute efficiently. They will harness the enthusiasm of loyal Winmo fans and advocates to drive cohesive engagement and lead-generation strategies. 

Craft an engaging community engagement strategy across digital channels

  • Manage Winmo’s presence across social media channels, nurture prospects and leads across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and emerging social networks.

  • Work with our Content Director to strategize paid and organic social media messaging. Engage audiences, create connections, design touchpoints to engage through marketing funnel, and ultimately drive revenue for the Winmo brand.

  • Craft our first ever B2B influencer marketing initiative, identifying key influencers in the media/adtech/agency sales space and forging partnerships to leverage their personal brand to assert Winmo’s earned authority.

  • Manage Winmo’s growing communities on Slack and LinkedIn (private groups). Work with our team with content collaborators in marketing and customer success to strategize content sharing, and maximize the value of every engagement.

  • Conduct social listening to tap into what customers and prospects are saying about Winmo on social media channels and review forums such as G2 Crowd. Manage our online reputation, respond to reviews, surface product feedback to internal stakeholders.

  • Create monthly reports that measure KPIs of community engagement and growth, with the goal of measuring reach, engagement, and impact on retention and new customer acquisition.

Organize event and tradeshow schedule

  • Coordinate logistics for 2-3 events and tradeshows per quarter as travel opens back up.

  • Work with Demand Generation Director to identify profitable conferences/trade shows and create a calendar of events with anticipated outcomes.

  • Liaise with the sales and marketing team to plan successful event attendance activations

  • Coordinate pre-show meetings, pre-show emails and post-show follow up to maximize leads and revenue generated from this channel.

Qualifications

Desired Skills:

  • Salesforce CRM

  • Marketing automation (HubSpot, Pardot or similar)

  • Experience organizing tradeshow/events 

  • Experience using online tools to coordinate events (eventbrite, facebook, ect)

  • Social media/community management

  • Facebook business tools (Pixel, Events, Ads)
