Job Description

About the Position:

Our Atlanta based Catapult New Business sales team is seeking to add a Sales Development Professional. This position is ideal for individuals with expertise in Advertising / Media Sales, Software Sales, Sales Development or Agency Business Development.

The Sales Development Professional will be responsible for prospecting activities to secure qualified meetings for our Catapult sales team.  After hitting goals and successfully gaining a deep understanding of our product and customers, this individual will have the opportunity for promotion into an Account Executive Role.

Core Functions:

  • Identify and track new prospects for Catapult’s suite of services

  • Engage new prospects to uncover opportunities for introduction to Catapults new business team

  • Utilize Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator and other in-house sales enablement tools to prospect, engage and qualify sales opportunities

  • Work directly with Marketing to deepen our current prospect database

Qualifications

What you’ll come knowing:

  • From your 3+ Years of Sales / Sales Development experience

  • The value of a great company culture and professional curiosity.

  • Ability to set clear expectations through effective communication.

  • Setting high expectations and holding yourself and your team accountable.

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

  • Proven B2B lead generation experience.

  • Strong understanding of B2B customer nurturing and development.

  • Most importantly, a willingness to both learn and teach.
