Job Description

Winmo is looking for an experienced Customer Marketing Manager to drive client satisfaction and retention of our B2B Sales Intelligence platform. 

We have a vested interest in seeing our clients succeed, and the Customer Marketing Manager will design and execute marketing programs that “coach” clients to apply Winmo’s sales intelligence for successful outcomes. Winmo serves four key verticals: media sales, agency, adtech, and sponsorship, and the Customer Marketing Manager will develop content, email cadences, and educational resources that address the needs of these unique audiences. 

The right candidate will have the vision to step outside of immediate product use cases in order to understand the goals and objectives of our audiences, and implement programs that promote customer retention and reduce churn.

Reporting to Brand Marketing, the Customer Marketing Manager will also work closely with our Account Management team to prioritize projects for maximum impact on revenue.

The ideal candidate will have strong client success experience in the SaaS space, with demonstrated impact on retention. Experience serving clients in the marketing or advertising arena is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Assess opportunities to promote customer retention and reduce churn

  • Create email cadences, training guides and educational materials that clients can utilize to improve their success with Winmo

  • Manage client communication strategy from onboarding through first year and throughout the lifecycle, with touchpoints spanning email workflows, in-product education, and digital collateral used by account managers

  • Manage surveys and customer satisfaction tools to inform the creation of educational and advocacy assets

  • Drive adoption of new features, integrations and product enhancements

  • Build a cohesive strategy of communicating benefits to four unique audiences: Media Sales, Agency, Sponsorship and Adtech

  • Work closely with Account Management team to assess client needs and develop resources accordingly based on customer segmentation

  • Develop account based marketing (ABM) approaches designed to drive organic account growth

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS, preferably in marketing or communications

  • 2-3 years experience of customer success in B2B SaaS industry

  • Excellent written communication skills 

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM

  • Experience in B2B marketing/customer success, specifically in account retention/customer loyalty

  • Highly organized and motivated

  • Experience in product support document creation

  • Experience collaborating across multiple teams/departments

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience using marketing automation technology such as HubSpot

  • A metrics-driven approach to client retention and account growth

  • Experience working with customers in the marketing/advertising industry

  • Experience with the following tools/technologies is a plus: UserIQ (or in product customer experience tool), Bizable, SurveyMonkey, Zapier, Google Forms

  • Bonus: Experience with ChurnZero technology
