Job Description
Our Atlanta-based WinmoEdge team seeks an Industry Insights Coordinator (IIC). In this entry-level position within the Research & Content department, you’ll provide our in-house publication team (WinmoEdge) with research & insight support.
This includes data origination & verification, support of WinmoEdge staff writers, background research for articles & assistance with projects for internal & external clients on both a recurring & ad hoc basis.
Essential Job Functions:
- Support WinmoEdge editorial staff by providing relevant contacts & emails for articles created by the in-house team prior to publication (an average of 12 articles are published daily).
- Add any pertinent information collected to profiles in the Winmo database
- Verifies & updates existing Winmo profiles used in WinmoEdge articles prior to publication
- Add new brand & company profiles to Winmo prior to publication on WinmoEdge
- Originating, confirming & integrating relevant industry content into internal systems & reports
- Displaying continuous improvement in the use & application of the tools & techniques currently in use to generate new content & keep it fresh.
- Assist Research & in-house editorial teams (WinmoEdge) on projects including custom requests, data tracking, small scale analysis, data mining & secondary research.
- Utilize in-house tools, such as AirTable and Google Docs, to ensure all research is provided to Staff Writers and updated/added to the database prior to an article’s publication.

- Deep collaboration between team members & customers, including maintaining relationships with clients to provide personalized insights when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Marketing, Business (or equivalent experience)
- Telephone interviewing techniques
- Advanced online researching skills (Boolean searches, search strings & other data query techniques)
- Acumen in a relational database environment, including data entry & moderate-to-advanced querying capabilities
- Strong working knowledge of marketing & advertising industries, the latest trends, developments & industry outlook.
- Thorough knowledge of The List Partners, its products & services, and the value it provides clients
- Written communication skills – email, basic report summary, presentation
- Exceptional time management & organizational skills
- Attention to detail & analytical mindset; data analysis techniques considered a strong advantage
- Capabilities using the tools & software used in the day-to-day job performance
- Writing & editing talent considered a strong advantage
