Job Description

Winmo is looking for an Inbound Sales Development Representative with high energy, exceptional communication skills- written and oral, and detail oriented. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by qualifying & converting leads for Winmo’s Account Executives. This rep is responsible for following up with prospects who have shown interest in Winmo by reaching out to the company or prospect via phone call, email or request for additional information. This position will be a mix of sales and marketing by following up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects. This individual will ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity in SalesLoft and lead qualification information in CRM application (Salesforce). Will also be responsible for managing the online live chat on Winmo’s website to qualify  interested prospects. Qualifications

  • Conduct discovery conversations to learn more about the prospects' company and need
  • Be involved in high volume inbound marketing campaigns to drive better quality leads
  • Schedule appointments and demos for Account Executives
  • Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
  • Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email
  • Ability to collaborate with sales and marketing team
  • Be responsible for educating and developing prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Achieve and surpass monthly and annual quotas
