Job Description

About the Role:

The Brand Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing List Partners’ service-side brands, Catapult New Business and AAR Partners, and communicating their value throughout the industry to generate leads, grow existing customers and support direct and indirect sales channels.

With a progressive agency background, this person will intimately understand the dynamics of agency/brand relationships and will be able to translate that knowledge into compelling campaigns that drive awareness and conversions. The role will require overseeing online and digital B2B marketing tactics including content creation, website management, SEO analysis, digital ads, social media, PR and other online touchpoints. 

The Brand Marketing Specialist will interact directly with many internal stakeholders, so it is essential to be able to synthesize feedback from different sources, understand and prioritize projects and communicate back to the CMO and rest of marketing team.

The most successful candidate will feel comfortable managing multiple writing projects with extreme detail and can communicate effectively and thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

Essential Functions:

  • Curate, create and edit thought leadership content across email marketing, blogs, emails, press releases and more. (Work with internal subject matter experts and outside vendors as need be)
  • Build and execute brand campaigns that support annual PR initiatives and drive awareness
  • Develop new relations for our brands by identifying engaging, high potential leads and nurturing them into appointments for our client engagement team
  • Manage company website and landing pages, including the development, publishing, and updating of content (and applying SEO best practices)
  • Identify and manage events that support our lead gen and brand initiatives; execute all pre and post-event marketing and budget analysis
  • Manage email automation campaigns (via Hubspot) to drive inbound leads and nurture them throughout the sales cycle
  • Maintain understanding and insight of the industry and competitive marketplace to inform the marketing strategy and tactical development process

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in digital marketing and content (B2B agency and/or marketing services experience highly desired)
  • Experience using Marketing Automation and CRM software; Hubspot marketing automation and Salesforce CRM preferred
  • Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and WordPress experience preferred.
  • Ability to proactively manage multiple projects and adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines
