Job Description
The Research Specialist role is an entry level position within the Research & Content department. Primary responsibilities of this position include data origination as well as support of Research & Editorial teams on projects for internal and external clients on both a recurring and ad hoc basis.
Key Job Elements:- Originating, confirming and integrating relevant industry content into internal systems and reports
- Displaying continuous improvement in the use and application of the tools and techniques currently in use to generate new content and keep it fresh.
- Customer account support in completion of research requests through Research Feedback, Research Requests, and Email Verification portal. May include indirect and direct interaction with clients via phone, email and/or in person.
- Assist Research & in-house Editorial teams on projects including custom requests, data tracking, small scale analysis, data mining, and secondary research.
- Reaches daily, weekly & monthly goals
- Maintains a high degree of accuracy and completeness in content originated
- Makes continuous and measured improvement in skills and knowledge required to meet the expectations of the position.
- Deep collaboration between team members and customers
Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of the marketing & advertising industries, the latest trends, developments and industry outlook
- Understanding of List Partners Inc., its products and services, and the value it provides clients
- Moderate - Well Developed:
- Capabilities using the tools and software used in the day-to- day job performance
- Telephone interviewing techniques
- Communication skills – verbal and written
- Acumen in a relational database environment, including data entry and moderate to advanced querying capabilities
- Time Management skills
