• Support on client projects which can range from development and implementation of HR strategies and tools, short-term takeover of a "HR department on demand" to helping our clients build and implement processes for sustainable scaling
• Build a strong relationship with multiple stakeholder from the clients side
• You advice on approaches, processes & tools
• Monitor and track progress of the project. Provide regular reporting & updates to the client & other stakeholders

• Your bring 5+ years of experience as an HR generalist from a fast paced environment
• Experienced in driving initiatives around recruiting, candidate experience, employer branding, performance management and software implementation
• The ability to capture requirements in a precise way and to guide the client through the process
• Track record of strong relationships and partnering with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of HR trends, tools and methodologies
• You have worked with multiple HR systems and can easily dive into new ones
• Great communication skills and fluency in English (spoken and written)
