Job Description
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives
- Meet with managers to discuss recruiting needs
- Draft job descriptions with hiring managers
- Source for candidates
- Post jobs to relevant job boards and channels
- Phone and in-person interviews
- Interview coordination
- Offer negotiations
Recruiting Reporting & Compliance
- Report on recruiting metrics
- Maintain recruiting records according to compliance guidelines and retention matrix
Recruitment Branding
- Lead career fair efforts
- Social media branding and recruitment
Other Special Projects
Qualifications
- At least 2-4 years of previous recruiting experience is required
- Thrives in a fast paced environment
- Organized and detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Hands on technical experience or knowledge of technical terms is a plus
- Previous experience with a consulting or staffing environment is a plus
