Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 

End User Member Engagement:

  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with senior executives in our most critical and high-value End User Members.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and advocate for the End User Members within the organization programs and initiatives.
  • Build, maintain and grow C-level Member relationships by leveraging Project Executive Director and SLT team
  • Collaborate with key Member contacts and senior executives to deliver on program benefits and objectives.
  • Drive program revenue by identifying opportunities for additional training needs within an organization
  • Lead quarterly account reviews and deliver engagement status with Member and Project senior leadership
  • Monitor user interactions,satisfaction levels, and take proactive measures to address issues and concerns.


FinOps Foundation Knowledge:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the organization's products and services.
  • Educate End User Members on product features and updates that could benefit their FinOps adoption.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Coordinate Member access to internal teams, including sales, marketing, and framework development, to ensure Member needs are met through multi-level Project / Member relationships.
  • Coordinate with End Users on press releases, speaking engagements, and exclusive networking opportunities
  • Maintain clear and timely communication between Members and Project staff. 
  • Enable Member champions within the organization through curated introductions and interactions with the larger community. 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable track record in large enterprise account management with evidence of long term success in growing customer satisfaction, maintaining senior relationships and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
  • Passion for building and maintaining strong community relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field (Business, Communication, etc.).

Strongly Preferred

  • Previous FinOps Experience either as a practitioner, vendor or advisor
  • Current FinOps Certified Practitioner
  • Certification on one of the major cloud providers, AWS, GCP, Azure
