Job Description

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for maintaining relationships with our premier and general partner members. You will provide customer-oriented support to our paid members. You will work closely with our Partner Program Advisor to enhance member experience.

What You Will Work On :

  • Focus on building relationships across a range of key functions within the partner organization

  • Play a key part in onboarding new partners

  • Manage specific metrics for partnerships

  • Solve problems efficiently to handle adhoc requests

  • Proactively play a role in delivering partner benefits and additional opportunities 

  • Prepare and host partnership review sessions where required 

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success Management preferably in the technology industry
  • Demonstrable track record in retaining and growing customers

  • Ability to build and nurture key partner relationships

  • Be able to advocate for the customer internally and externally

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good critical thinking, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
