Job Description
Links Recruitment Group are recruiting on behalf of a Leading Environment Management company based in Tredegar. Due to their expansion and growth they are looking to hire a General Maintenance candidate.
The Candidate will Perform routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on buildings, utility systems and surrounding land.
Responsibilities:
·Perform repair of all buildings and equipment as required
·Completes daily, weekly and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
·Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required.
·Obtain estimates for supplies, repair parts, orders parts as needed.
·Ground keeping
·General housekeeping repairs
·Work at all site locations when required
·Concrete processing
General Maintenance Candidate Requirements
·Good IT knowledge
·Good communication skills to interact with internal/external customers
·Above average organisational skills
·Ability to work as part of a team
·Team Skills
·Excellent attention to detail
