At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
LinkedIn connects professionals worldwide, empowering them to advance their careers, grow their businesses, and stay informed. Our Marketing Solutions (LMS) business has achieved remarkable success, surpassing $5 billion in annual revenue. We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager (SPM) to join our Customer Experience team.
As a Senior Product Manager focused on Ad Experiences, you will lead the evolution of our organic-to-paid experience, particularly through the Boost Your Content feature. Your responsibilities include streamlining and simplifying the transition from organic to paid promotions, driving upsells into LinkedIn’s Campaign Manager, and collaborating across business units to create innovative service bundles for small businesses. Your role will significantly impact new customer onboarding, retention, and overall customer satisfaction, ensuring a seamless and unified user experience. You'll help advertisers maximize their ROI with LinkedIn’s ad tools, driving growth and value across our platform. Additionally, you will leverage AI technologies to drive advancements in our product suite, enhancing usability and effectiveness for our users.
Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution plans for the LMS Organic to Paid charter with alignment from cross-functional stakeholders.
- Focus on growing and retaining SMB advertisers by improving onboarding processes, boosting retention, and refining the customer journey across LinkedIn’s surfaces.
- Own the product lifecycle for your area, from concept creation and user research to go-to-market strategy and launch. Handle ambiguity with grace, making data-driven decisions in the face of uncertainty.
- Establish product metrics, objectives, and key results to guide, prioritize, and measure the success of strategy, product initiatives, and releases for the LMS business.
- Advocate for the product's value proposition to users and stakeholders, representing the team to company leaders.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about the evolution of the LMS ads platform and customer expectations.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a product management or equivalent role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology related field or equivalent experience.

- Experience in building enterprise platforms for global companies or diverse customer bases, preferably ads (walled garden, agencies, partnerships).
- Proven track record in developing web front-end products, with demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development, and launch.
- Comprehensive understanding of the ad tech industry, including advertiser and member expectations for marketing ROI, ad experience, and privacy requirements.
