In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, bringing market insights, guiding inclusive interview decisions, and driving a standout candidate experience across a diverse portfolio within our Global Business Organization and Corporate Functions. You’ll support hiring ranging from quota‑carrying and customer success roles, to more specialized positions as needed. You’ll partner closely across the Global Talent Organization to ensure operational excellence, track progress against key metrics, and close top talent through thoughtful negotiation. Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Execution
- Leads strategy and kickoff meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements, business needs, and timelines for moderately complex roles.
- Leverages domain expertise to evaluate candidates for mid-level positions using skills assessments and behavioural interviewing and sources candidates when necessary.
- Anticipates candidate needs and proactively addresses concerns, providing differentiated experience for competitive talent strengthening the employer brand and turning candidates into promoters.
- Adheres to recruiting processes and ensures accuracy of data in systems to enable reliable reporting, compliance, and decision-making.
- Runs risk and nurture strategy reviews with hiring teams to align on pipeline/hiring updates for moderately complex roles.
- Utilizes negotiation techniques using knowledge of candidate motivators to influence decision making.
- Monitors and tracks progress against agreed upon core delivery metrics and goals to meet business hiring demand.
Talent Strategy and Stakeholder Management
- Consults with hiring managers and interview teams to build a skills-based and inclusive hiring process.
- Reviews market data and insights to identify improvements to talent strategies.
- Analyzes interview and assessment outcomes to influence hiring decisions, offering recommendations on where the candidate meets core needs of team.
- Evaluates and introduces artificial intelligence (AI) solutions to optimize team workflows, improves data-driven decision-making, and shares best practices to build team fluency.
- Participates in Customer Zero pilots by testing prototypes, following guidance, and providing timely feedback on usability.
- Supports components of projects across the function or business unit.
- Actively seeks coaching and mentoring opportunities within and outside of immediate team, focusing on a growth mindset and a willingness to continuously upskill and provides informal guidance to junior individual contributor levels.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, human resources, sourcing, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ year of experience using HR Systems.
- 4+ year of experience in a client-facing role.
- 4+ year of experience in function-specific recruiting.
- Business-level fluency in Mandarin for internal and external audiences
