As a functionally aligned HR Business Partner, you will develop a deep understanding of GBO’s business, organisational context, talent priorities, and manager needs. You will act as a consistent point of contact for People Leaders, coach managers across a broad range of people matters, and partner with GBO Functional HRBPs, Centres of Excellence, and specialist teams to provide an integrated manager experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Centres of Excellence, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Legal, and specialist teams to develop coordinated and practical solutions.

  • Support GBO rhythm-of-business activities, people programmes, annual performance and talent processes, manager communications, and programme execution.

  • Analyse people data and consultation themes to identify trends, anticipate manager needs, and develop proactive and scalable solutions.

  • Provide regional and country-specific support across EMEA and LATAM, recognising when local expertise, specialist partnership, or escalation is required.

  • Champion LinkedIn’s culture and values and ensure all activities are aligned with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
