Job Description

This role is based in either New York, San Francisco, Mountain View, or Chicago.
We are seeking a Sr. Web Solutions Lead to accelerate the evolution of LinkedIn's web experiences through AI-enabled solutions, automation, and rapid development. In this role, you will partner across Web Marketing, Martech and Engineering to identify high-value opportunities and create scalable solutions that improve customer experiences, streamline operations, and unlock new capabilities.
You will be responsible for transforming business needs into working prototypes and services, including AI-powered agents, dashboards, self-service workflows, custom web applications, and experimental experiences. Success in this role requires a unique blend of product thinking, technical execution, and operational problem-solving to help Web move faster, scale more effectively, and deliver seamless member experiences.

The Sr. Web Solutions Lead serves as Web's AI-native solutions leader, identifying high-impact opportunities and translating business challenges into scalable products, automations, and self-service capabilities. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to increase organizational leverage, reduce operational friction, accelerate experimentation, and enable Web Marketing to scale more effectively.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Solution Leadership
- Lead solution design from concept through adoption, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and long-term scalability.
- Serve as a player-coach by building critical prototypes, automations, and AI-enabled solutions while guiding agency and partner resources.
- Establish reusable frameworks, operating models, and best practices that can be scaled across the organization.
- Influence roadmap decisions through data, experimentation, and operational insights.
AI Solutions & Workflow Automation
- Build AI-powered agents and copilots that automate business processes.
- Translate repetitive manual work into automated workflows.
- Develop reusable prompt libraries, agent frameworks, and workflow accelerators.
- Create AI solutions supporting Content, SEO, Prototyping, Authoring, and Personalization teams.
- Continuously identify opportunities where AI can eliminate operational friction.
Forward-Deployed Product Development
- Build lightweight products, tools, dashboards, and applications that solve immediate business needs.
- Develop MVPs and proof-of-concepts to validate new opportunities before formal investment.
- Create custom workflows that would otherwise require dedicated engineering resources.
- Rapidly deploy solutions in response to emerging business challenges.
- Bridge the gap between business strategy and technical implementation.
Growth & Experimentation Enablement
- Rapidly build and launch experiments.
- Create test environments and sandboxes for new ideas.
- Enable teams to validate concepts before larger investments.
- Accelerate idea-to-market timelines through lightweight technical solutions.
- Build experimentation frameworks that can be reused across initiatives.
- Enable teams to self-serve insights without requiring analyst support.
Operational Scale & Self-Service
- Convert operational processes into reusable self-service systems.
- Build tools that empower web marketers, authors, producers, and content teams.
- Reduce dependency on centralized support models.
- Create repeatable governance and workflow frameworks.
- Operationalize best practices into scalable tools and experiences.
AI-Enabled Governance & Site Intelligence
- Build automated monitoring systems for:
- SEO/AEO
- Accessibility
- Site health
- Content quality
- Governance compliance
- Develop AI-powered auditing solutions.
- Surface issues proactively before escalation.
- Create reporting and alerting systems that improve operational visibility.
Capability Building
- Document reusable frameworks, patterns, and playbooks.
- Train teams to adopt AI-enabled workflows.
- Scale successful solutions into repeatable operating models.
- Establish standards for AI-assisted web operations.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience building digital products, web platforms, automation solutions, or technical business applications.
- 5 + years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Design, Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AEM Core Components, templates, Experience Fragments, and component development.
- Experience optimizing Core Web Vitals and web performance.
- Experience implementing SEO, schema markup, metadata, and search optimization best practices.
- Experience building automation solutions, QA tooling, or site health monitoring systems.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, experimentation platforms, and personalization technologies.
- Experience supporting large-scale websites with complex governance requirements.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and agent-based workflows.
- Experience building dashboards, operational tooling, and internal web applications.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards, WCAG requirements, and automated compliance testing.
- Experience working in Agile environments and managing complex technical initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to take solutions from concept through adoption and operationalization.
- Experience translating ambiguous business problems into scalable technical solutions.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $170,000 to $278,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
