Job Description

This role is a fixed term contract (11 months) and based in Dublin, Ireland

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

LinkedIn's Sales Solutions has the ambition to help all companies to grow. We do this through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, which helps sellers to identify, connect, engage and build relationships with buyers.

In this role, you will lead a sales team in the MME Segment. The purpose of the MME segment is to "build to Enterprise Programs" where our customers sign long-term contracts all-in contracts from the value they have received from Sales Navigator in growing their business. We win when our customers win.

The Opportunity

The highest-performing leaders in EMEAL Mid-Market Enterprise team are growth multipliers: commercially sharp, AI-enabled, trusted by executives, disciplined in territory and account governance, resilient under pressure and relentless about raising the capability of the team around them.

As a Manager within our EMEAL Mid-Market Enterprise business, you will lead a team of quota-carrying Account Directors responsible for helping customers realise greater value from their investment in Sales Navigator and for identifying new opportunities for growth across existing customer environments.

Success in this role comes from building and coaching a high-performing team, engaging personally at executive level , and creating the operating rhythm that turns customer understanding into consistent, long-term value realisation.

Given the fixed-term nature of the role, you'll need to build momentum quickly — establishing credibility with the team and customers early, and leaving the business stronger than you found it.

We are a pay for performance culture where our best managers all highly rewarded.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Account Directors focused on renewal and growth within an account portfolio in the Mid-Market Enterprise segment.
  • Create a hunter mentality and sales culture.
  • Forecast accurately and have strong deal control.
  • Build strategic territory and account plans with clear actions.
  • Engage directly with senior customer stakeholders to sponsor key relationships, support complex negotiations and unblock strategic deals.
  • Coach consultative selling — helping the team connect customer business priorities to measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Establish an operating rhythm of executive business reviews, value realisation reporting and customer success storytelling across the team.
  • Focus on client success and devise tactics and strategies to maintain close relationships.
  • Champion the adoption of LinkedIn insights, customer data and AI-enabled workflows across the team to strengthen planning, engagement and commercial decision making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — Customer Success, Enablement, Marketing, Operations and Product — to support the success of your region.
  • Be proactive about solving problems and ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.

What Success Looks Like

Our strongest leaders create lasting growth for their customers, for LinkedIn and for the people they lead.

  • They build, retain and develop talented teams, growing Account Directors into the next generation of top performers and leaders.
  • They know their customers' business priorities, carry credibility with senior stakeholders and know when to lead from the front.
  • They run their territory with discipline, balancing thoughtful planning and forecast rigour with strong execution.
  • They embrace AI as a practical tool and drive its adoption across the team to improve preparation, customer engagement and productivity.
  • They contribute beyond their own team by sharing knowledge, supporting peers and helping raise the standard of the wider business.
