Job Description

This role will be based in Bengaluru, India.

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. This role will support global Finance stakeholders and may require periodic overlap with PT working hours for key meetings, stakeholder touchpoints, transition activities, and close or forecast-related support. The expectation is not to work PT hours continuously, but the candidate should be comfortable flexing selectively when business needs require cross-time-zone coordination.

The Strategic Finance Center of Excellence (COE) is a team focused on centralizing, standardizing, and modernizing key financial operations to unlock scale, accuracy, and strategic capacity across LinkedIn. The team acts as business process owners, driving design and continuous improvement across high-impact financial workflows including accruals, position management, headcount forecasting, and reporting. This role will support all of LinkedIn Finance across these core operational workstreams, delivering through a blend of in-house execution, process optimization, and automation and agentic tooling. Additional scope may come over time.

  • Designs and documents scalable operating procedures, controls, and workflows while identifying opportunities to leverage automation, AI, and new technologies to improve productivity and accuracy.

Performance Management

  • Accesses, transforms, and synthesizes data from cross-platform data sources and analyzes it to assess signals, trends, and risks.
  • Develops deep domain expertise in defined areas (e.g., position management and expense accruals) and apply critical thinking to evaluate business challenges, pressure test assumptions, and design practical, scalable solutions that improve financial operations and business outcomes.

Culture & Values
