Job Description

This role will be based in San Francisco Bay Area or New York City.

We are looking for a performance-driven growth marketer to own the execution, optimization, and performance of scaled lead generation campaigns. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day campaign health across acquisition channels, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and conversion, and leveraging data-driven insights to design new campaigns that can deliver revenue impact. 

As a Lead Generation Manager, you will translate quarterly targets into channel execution plans, manage weekly lead volume performance, and drive test iterations to improve conversion across targeting strategy and creative materials. You’ll partner closely with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and channel owners to leverage the right messaging, localization strategy, and ensure accurate tracking, targeting, and lead routing are in place for all new campaign launches. You will also partner closely with Sales and Sales Ops to ensure leads are qualified, prioritized, and converted effectively and analyze funnel performance to improve conversion rates and hit revenue targets. 

This is an execution-focused role for someone who thrives in complex environments, managing multiple concurrent launches while maintaining strong attention to detail and delivering coordinated, cross-functional campaigns that drive measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Own campaign execution and performance across scaled demand generation campaigns (e.g. email, LinkedIn), delivering against lead volume, SQOs, and revenue targets. 
  • Manage campaign performance end‑to‑end, analyzing engagement, lead volume, and conversion rates to identify drivers for success and opportunities to optimize strategy.
  • Develop and execute campaign roadmaps across targeting, segmentation, personalization, messaging, and creative to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Partner with channel owners and ops partners to monitor campaign health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate tracking and lead routing.
  • Analyze data insights and campaign learnings and translate into actionable recommendations that improve performance.
  • Leverage and/or build AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and drive measurable, real lift in program and campaign performance.
  • Communicate strategy and performance that inform decisions and influence stakeholders.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of growth marketing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience running scaled demand generation programs across channels (paid, email, web) with a focus on execution and performance optimization
  • Creative marketer with a passion for understanding the audience and designing programs that inspire action.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret funnel metrics, identify performance drivers, and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
  • Ability to prioritize, balance multiple projects, and manage complex workstreams while consistently delivering results.
  • Experience collaborating across time zones to develop global strategies.
  • Strong ability to collaborate, build deep relationships with colleagues, and influence functional teams to achieve goals.
  • Experience working with Sales teams. Direct Sales experience or prior roles working closely with Sales leadership is a plus.

The pay range for this role is $125,000 to $195,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
