Job Description

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from our Dublin office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

This role is based on our Dublin office.

We’re looking for a Sales Performance Consultant to partner with EMEAL Sales leaders and work closely with Sales Operations, global Sales Enablement, Marketing, and cross-functional teams.

This role is ideal for someone energised by sales performance, skilled at leading change, and motivated to identify and solve the problems that prevent sellers and managers from performing at their best.

As a proactive change agent and problem finder, you’ll use data, stakeholder insight, field observation, and seller feedback to uncover gaps across knowledge, skills, process, technology, and workflow. You’ll translate these insights into practical enablement plans that improve productivity, reduce friction, drive lasting behaviour change, and deliver measurable business impact.

You’ll bring an “enablement in the flow of work” mindset, helping sellers spend less time on internal process and more time with customers. A core part of the role will be landing global enablement programs across EMEAL, turning global strategy into regional activation, and running EMEAL Enablement Days end to end.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with EMEAL Sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand priorities, diagnose sales performance challenges, and identify where enablement adds value.
  • Act as a proactive problem finder, surfacing performance gaps, process friction, workflow barriers, and execution risks before they become broader business issues..
  • Develop and execute strategic enablement plans that drive measurable behaviour change and support agreed business outcomes.
  • Land and activate global enablement programs across EMEAL, translating global strategy into regional plans with leadership sponsorship, communications, delivery, reinforcement, and adoption tracking.
  • Reduce field friction by examining the day-to-day seller and manager experience and partnering with our Centre of Excellence and Sales stakeholders to improve workflows, tools, and ways of working.
  • Design integrated enablement solutions that connect people, process, tools, communications, and manager reinforcement, embedding priority behaviours into coaching and operating rhythms.
  • Support EMEAL Enablement Days end to end: stakeholder intake and scoping, presenter preparation, facilitation, communications, logistics, project management, and post-event evaluation.
  • Measure and report impact: participation, adoption, behaviour change, productivity, and business-performance indicators and use data storytelling to make actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Apply structured change management to build awareness and sponsorship, and influence Sales leaders (up to Senior Director) to reinforce priority behaviours and hold teams accountable for adoption.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects - scope, milestones, dependencies, and risks - and use AI and enablement technologies to surface gaps, improve efficiency, and scale reinforcement.
  • Contribute to a strong team culture and support Inclusion and Belonging through active participation, collaboration, and positive role-modelling.
