At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
Why is working in Talent at LinkedIn so unique? We like to say it's the most meta-Talent job there is - we hire and develop the people who build the products transforming the profession of recruiting and talent. Our Global Talent Organization's (GTO) vision is to empower our people to do the best work of their careers and help our customers do the same.
Reporting to the Talent Programs Director for the Global Business Office, the Principal Talent Development Partner will design, develop, deliver, and measure talent development and enablement experiences that support GBO business priorities. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain deep understanding of the GBO business and competitive landscape.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with HRBPs and senior leadership to understand business priorities, assess related talent development needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Identify and communicate relevant data and insights to influence and advise key stakeholders and partners to inform strategic decision-making.
- Gather and analyze data to develop solutions to gaps in program success criteria, contribute to program strategy development, and establish goals and metrics to measure performance.
- Create and execute communication plans to market and socialize talent development solutions to drive long-term strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate learning offerings including senior audiences and design and develop bespoke learning experiences where needed.
- Partner closely with GBO HRBPs, assess the function’s global development needs and support the creation of a strategic talent development strategy for the function (including business impact and measures of success of the talent development priorities and projects).
