This role will be based in San Francisco, Chicago or New York City.

The Sr. Manager, Go to Market Operations, Agency & Video role involves partnering with senior sales and operations executives to address strategic problems in the Marketing Solutions business. The role includes leading, executing, and scaling operational and planning processes that are crucial to success. The GTM Ops team is central to LinkedIn Marketing Solutions. This position offers a high-profile opportunity for candidates with consulting, investment banking, finance, go-to-market/sales/business operations, or analytics experience to influence LinkedIn's business trajectory.
We are looking for an exceptional business and people leader with strong quantitative, problem solving, communication, and project management skills. The ideal candidate can effectively communicate with executives and collaborate with a variety of people and job functions, accomplishing tasks of high complexity and scope, and perform professionally in a challenging, ambiguous, and fast-paced environment. We're seeking a leader who can recognize opportunities to drive business growth or improve processes and who can lead a team to bring these ideas to life.
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a high-performance global strategy and operations team to support organizational growth.
Serve as a strategic advisor to sales executives, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize business performance.
Drive global strategic initiatives, including new product go-to-market strategies, channel partnerships, and incentive designs.
Oversee the sales operations function, including territory design, forecasting, quota management, and performance visibility.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and drive operational transformation across regions and lines of business.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to lead mission-critical projects and ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
Mentor and coach team members, fostering skill and career development.
Utilize data analytics and CRM insights to inform management decisions and program development.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mathematics, Analytics, Operations, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, strategy, finance, management consulting, or analytics
5+ years of leadership experience with or without direct reports
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Business, Mathematics, Analytics, Operations, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field
7+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, strategy, finance, management consulting, or analytics
7+ years of experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Pig, Hive, Presto, Spark SQL)
7+ years of experience working in B2B SaaS business or with other sales organizations

The pay range for this role is $150,000 to $243,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depthy of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
