The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
We’re looking for a LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Sales Executive to join our fast-growing Growth & Mid-Market Segment.The role requires you to identify potential client opportunities and generate new business. You’ll be responsible for outreach to and building relationships with clients in an effort to optimize revenue. You will report directly into the manager of the UKI team.
For the first 6-9 months, you will work on clients in multiple markets across the Portfolio team gaining expertise in multiple markets, before owning your own book of business thereafter. Your role is to align business objectives with marketing campaigns and ensure we are driving the most ROAS for their activity.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, build pipeline and strong relationships with clients in your book
- Achieve quarterly OKRs and or quota focused on client engagement quality (depth and breadth) and generate new revenue opportunities
- Besides quota/OKR, achieve quarterly KPIs designed to help you drive sales
- Leverage existing as well as new client accounts to grow business revenue
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for your book of business, leveraging LinkedIn’s various tools and processes for book (of business) prioritization and client engagement
- Educate clients on their opportunities for optimization of the LinkedIn platform, using your digital media expertise to help them be successful
- Close business consistently at or above quota expectations
- Provide updates to the management team on your pipeline and sales forecast, key objectives and results
- Be proactive about solving problems and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles with internal or external stakeholder management experience
- 3+ years of sales or digital marketing experience
- Fluency English plus at least one additional language from the markets covered (German, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Spanish, French, Italian, Hebrew).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to manage a sizable volume of clients/accounts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Experience in sales connecting with customers, identifying their needs, and upselling and cross selling solutions to them
- Knowledge of how Internet advertising technology works and the ability to explain it in ordinary terms
- Proven communication skills across multiple channels (e.g. virtual meetings, phone, and email)
- Experience with a CRM system-managing day-to-day tasks on system
- Experience building rapport with key marketing/key decision makers
- Ability in activating and growing existing business
- Experience with and are comfortable with ambiguity
