This role will be based in São Paulo.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Intern to join our Customer Success Organization (CSO). You will play a key role in providing excellent customer service by helping with account plans, optimizing our customer relationship process, analyzing industry & competitor trends, etc. You will work closely with LinkedIn’s world class Talent Solutions team (LTS). 

Responsibilities

  • Partner with local and team members to strategize how to engage with clients to deliver great customer service 
  •  Support in creating communication material and analytical reports on our clients 
  • Provide business intelligence on regional competitors 
  • Identify and understand trends within Latin American countries and industries: create internal newsletter 
  • Create and develop strategic account plans for our clients 
  • Help to optimize on boarding process of new clients 
  • Availability of at least 18 months of internship, 30 hours/week from Monday to Friday 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science or a related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including Excel/Sheets.
  • Business Fluency in Spanish.

  • Proficient/fluent in English
  • Highly motivated individual with a competitive personality and strong attention to detail
