We are looking for a Sales Manager (Dutch) to join our Talent Solutions Team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of Account Executives as well as leading key activities across the Benelux MM Team overall. This role plays a pivotal role in accelerating our growth in the Benelux Staffing market. As part of our Mid-Market Benelux organization, this team is responsible for acquiring and expanding Staffing clients in a highly competitive and evolving economic landscape
The Objectives for the Benelux team are:
- Exceed Quota,
- Deliver our Org’s Foundations & Operating Priorities,
- Set the team up for future success,
- Capture whitespace in Staffing: Drive new logo acquisition by executing against defined TAM with clear territory planning and targeting.
- Grow and retain our AE talent
The purpose of this role is to accelerate the growth of the overall Benelux corporate acquisition business. To accelerate the growth of the team, this person will:
- Improve the Benelux teams' sales skills through feedback, coaching and performance management
- Create a culture grounded in DIB’s, psychological safety and operational excellence
- Be an inspiring leader able to lead through change, set high standards and nurture growth mindsets
- Role model collaboration to gain maximum leverage
- Apply business acumen and innovation to challenges and opportunities
- Drive deals by joining customer meetings

Responsibilities:
- Participating in the Go-To-Market Planning for the region.
- Set a compelling vision that aligns and inspires the team.
- Lead a high performing and predictable business through driving prospecting and pipeline building activities across the team.
- Have impactful team meetings and one-to-one’s that help each team member to exceed their quota.
- Coaching each team member on sales competencies to develop their skills and transform their careers.
- Help to close key deals by supporting the team in meetings with senior executives.
- Deliver reliable and accurate forecasts through CRM hygiene and deal reviews.
- Be a key member of the Benelux leadership team by doing things like developing and scaling best practices.
- Listen to the needs of the market, keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity, and sharing insights with product and marketing teams.
- Be proactive about solving problems even if it’s outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
- Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives.
- Be an evangelist of our Learning and Engagement products and maintain deep product knowledge.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years in a quota carrying role
- 1+ Experience in leading a sales team
- Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Dutch
- Experience in new business acquisition
- Has invested in their leadership skills in DIB’s and / or psychological safety
- Experience with leading cross-team projects
- Experience in inspiring leadership with the ability to lead through change
- Experience being a strong collaborator
