Job Description

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.  

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven marketer who can help lead our scaled growth marketing programs for LinkedIn Talent Solution in Asia-Pacific (APAC) core markets. Partnering closely with our broader Marketing (Product, Field and Brand) and Operational Marketing teams, you will need to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution to own scaled digital demand generation in APAC.   

We are looking for a strong people manager who can coach a team of growth marketers across the region to develop creative and impactful programs through multiple channels to expand audience reach, shift key perceptions and drive quality marketing qualified leads and bookings outcomes. Besides bringing deep expertise in demand generation, you will need to prioritize objectives, manage cross-functional relationships with marketing, operations, PMM, sales and agency partners (regionally and globally), and leverage key insights to drive awareness and demand with our HR and talent audiences.  

Given strategic importance to LinkedIn, we are looking for someone who has strong communication and presentation skills. You will be required to regularly present to senior executives and influence in a matrixed organization.   As this role also spans China, Mandarin skills are preferred. 

Responsibilities  

  • Develops audience-first and market-led creative insights and best practices that inform scaled and online acquisition campaigns and creative development   

  • Continually measure, monitor and drive improvement in program approaches; employ industry and market best practices and look for opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiency  

  • Partner closely with key stakeholders across Growth Operations, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Field Marketing and Sales Development to define goals and create holistic and integrated paid brand campaigns and strategies. These teams are based across APAC as well as globally in the US and EMEA. 

  • Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of demand gen marketers in India, China and Singapore. 

  • Forge strong partnerships with our creative agencies, guiding the creative production process and ensuring that production runs smoothly, on time, and on budget.  

  • Efficiently project manages multiple work streams; regularly communicate progress to stakeholders  

  • Present regularly on program performance and learnings to Global Marketing Leadership and Sales stakeholders  

  • Manage paid media strategy and plans in China only 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications  

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience   

  • 10+ years Digital marketing experience at an agency or in-house/corporate  

  • Fluent in English 

Preferred Qualifications  

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management across multiple online channels (e.g., YouTube, Google, LinkedIn, WeChat, WhatsApp, Facebook). 

  • Strong ability in website management and optimization to drive engagement and conversion. 

  • Hands-on experience with email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and performance tracking. 

  • Skilled in creating and managing content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms. 

  • Experience in influencer and social media marketing to enhance brand awareness and audience reach. 

  • Ability to collaborate on creative campaign development, ensuring consistent brand messaging across channels. 

  • APAC B2B or technology marketing experience   

  • 1+ years of people management experience  

  • Passion for SaaS solutions, software, tech or B2B internet products  

  • Proficient in Mandarin  

  • Experience driving demand generation in India 

  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate data-driven recommendations simply and effectively  

  • Experience with demand generation programs and managing pipeline in coordination with Sales Development and Sales  

  • Proven ability to collaborate strongly, develop deep relationships with colleagues and influence functional teams to deliver on goals  

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-based environment - successfully prioritize, balance multiple projects, and manage complex workstreams while consistently delivering results   

  • Experience with CRM systems (SFDC, Dynamics, etc.), marketing automation, and paid media marketing  

  • Scrappy, ‘team player’ mentality, with a strong ability and interest in both thinking strategically and living in the details of execution  

  • Experience operating successfully and driving results in a globally matrixed organization. The candidate will be required to influence local and global stakeholders.
