Employees also use this content internally through enterprise search systems and CRMs.
Join us as we take a new direction in content creation, management, and delivery to ensure an exceptional content authoring experience for our creators and content delivery experience for our members, customers and employees.
As a Senior Knowledge Engineer (content engineer), you sit at the intersection of content and technology to enable the KMS team, our cross-functional partners, and our customers across all lines of business. Act as an escalation point of contact and effectively triage, investigate, and resolve complex content data-related technical issues with leads and partners.
Represent the KMS team at key stakeholder meetings to continually provide awareness of new and ongoing issues as well as quality improvement initiatives.
Understand and support legacy authoring tools and processes as we migrate to a new CCMS.
