Job Description
LinkedIn Talent Solutions is searching for Marketing Manager with expertise in building and executing B2B customer and acquisition marketing campaigns. This person will execute campaigns and programs for our largest customers in India whilst also partnering with regional and global marketing teams, product marketing and functional partners to activate the strategy in line with our objectives and plan.
Customers represent +80% of our revenue and field marketing team creates campaigns, experiences and touchpoints that engage our core customers and accelerate existing customer growth through the adoption of additional products to support their Talent strategies. Focus on customer engagement is more important than ever to drive greater growth and success across our business. Meanwhile India holds the largest growth opportunity in our region, with a significant focus on acquisition marketing to build our business.

Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of the regional Marketing Strategy in India
- Customer Acquisition: Collaborate with stakeholder teams to build comprehensive campaigns to drive acquisition of targeted segments in key regions. Management of the end-to-end demand funnel and inclination to deliver metrics for success
- Target Account Marketing: Create unique opportunities for our key accounts and ensure that our target accounts are prioritized for our core activations and opportunities. Manage the Targeted Accounts customer segmentation, working with Sales Operations to ensure segmentation continues to support the organization’s requirements.
- Sales enablement: Managing and communicating effectively with our main sales stakeholders spanning Enterprise, Mid-Market and Staffing teams and their direct managers. Partnering with cross functional partners to ensure that the sales teams have the right cadence and level of information to be able to execute our marketing activity successfully with their customers. Work collaboratively with partners across Customer success, Sales, Insights and Operations to support adoption and adherence to the strategy.
- Strategy and planning: support strategy and planning efforts for targeted accounts, SMB, mid-market and Enterprise for Indian customers and prospects in collaboration with the core market leads and marketing functions.
- Leverage AI technologies to create efficiencies and drive innovation across go-to-market strategies, ensuring marketing programs are future-ready and impactful.
- Regional and global campaigns: Work closely with the regional and global customer marketing teams to leverage programs, content and campaigns to make them impactful and relevant for our target customers. This includes providing feedback on the plans, sourcing customers to feature and creating and executing plans to deliver to customers.
- Content & Thought leadership: Create impactful and engaging customer stories that engage our customers, provide evidence to support our sales team and feed into other areas of marketing for leverage. Work with the centralized global content creation teams to take content and reports to market, create localized versions across the region and support promotion and amplification of content across the marketing programs.
- Forecast, monitor and track results of marketing activity to inform future plans and activities.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of B2B marketing experience heavily focused on strategic customer acquisition and marketing to grow existing customer spending. Ability to engage and nurture customers with impact on sentiment and spending.
- Event management (virtual and in person) and content development experience.
- Data analysis and interpretation capability.
- Communicator and collaboration skills across multiple markets, teams, and functions
- Demonstrated appetite to learn and adopt AI tools and methodologies to continuously evolve marketing plans and strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of different marketing functions and internal cross functional partners.
- Experience creating and implementing successful marketing campaigns strategies.
- Account-based marketing experience a plus & business development/partner-driven marketing would be an advantage
- Passionate about customers: understanding their needs and challenges and turning them into impactful marketing strategies and activations.
- Proactive and agile: Independently capable of seeking information in an unstructured environment, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering timely results in challenging situations. Effectively manage change within your own team and through effective partnership with sales teams and other cross functionals.
