Job Description

This role may be located in Sunnyvale, CA or San Francisco, CA.

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

LinkedIn’s Marketing Solutions (LMS) business continues to grow at scale, surpassing $5B in annual revenue. A key pillar of that success is the LinkedIn Audience Network (LAN) — a privacy-first, high-performing, and trusted offsite ecosystem that enables B2B marketers to reach professionals across a curated network of premium third-party publishers.

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for LinkedIn Audience Network (LAN). This is a high-impact role that blends long-term strategic thinking with day-to-day product execution. You’ll define and deliver innovative features that help B2B marketers achieve their goals across the funnel — from driving awareness to generating leads — and help shape the future of omnichannel B2B marketing through LAN’s continued evolution.

This role requires strong buy-side ad tech expertise, including experience with DSPs, campaign optimization, auction mechanics, and programmatic platforms. You’ll work closely with Engineering, AI, Ads Trust, Business Development, and other product teams to scale LAN as a performant, trustworthy, and full-funnel offsite channel — tightly integrated with LinkedIn’s broader ad platform.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the product roadmap across core LAN experiences, including ideation, prioritization, and execution across ad formats, targeting controls, optimization, and more.

  • Design LAN-specific campaign management features that give B2B advertisers unique control over offsite targeting.

  • Develop and scale new ad formats tailored for offsite environments, aligned to LinkedIn’s full-funnel solutions.

  • Collaborate with AI and Engineering teams to build optimization models that deliver strong offsite performance while respecting member experience and privacy.

  • Work closely with our Trust teams to ensure LAN remains a brand-safe, curated, and transparent network.

  • Partner closely with Business Development, who own publisher relationships, API integrations, and third-party vendor partnerships, to align on product strategy, go-to-market plan, and ecosystem health.

  • Ensure the value of LAN is clearly represented across LinkedIn’s advertising performance reporting, helping advertisers understand its contribution to full-funnel performance.

  • Partner with Product Marketing and Go-To-Market teams to ensure LAN’s role in driving performance is clearly articulated in both internal strategy and external positioning.

  • Mentor PMs and contribute to a strong product culture across the organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale performance-driven ad platforms in highly cross-functional environments.

  • Strong technical fluency, especially working with AI/ML teams on predictive modeling and optimization.

  • Proven collaboration with Trust, Privacy, or Policy functions to ensure platform integrity and brand safety.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate seamlessly across product, engineering, go-to-market, and executive audiences.
