Job Description
This role can be based in Chicago, Mountain View, San Francisco, Carpinteria, New York, Detroit, Washington DC, Omaha, or remote within the US.

This role will be part of the People Analytics team within the Global Talent Organization (GTO) at LinkedIn. People Analytics analyzes current and prospective employee data to enable agility through better, faster talent decisions. This is a full-time role.
Responsibilities:
Proven track record strategizing and coordinating the development of enterprise level data program heavily focused on self-service and multi-persona management.
Ability to translate current and future data needs in a technology roadmap.
Influence and collaborate on the global strategy for People Reporting at the enterprise level and establish scalable solutions to support end users
Ability to develop strong partnerships within the organization.
Coordinate the overall design of the ETL process, driving clean and actionable requirements while working with our Talent Engineering teams.
Stay relevant in technology trends that might be used to resolve complex business problems.
Build an architecture and monitoring mechanism in partnership with data governance across the data reporting landscape to have an always on sensing and response methodologies established
Negotiation skills to manage expectations with stakeholders at multiple levels and business functions within the organization.
Ability to design robust and enterprise level data models intended to address specific issues.
Deployment management – Ideate & establish framework for a continuous integration and deployment enabling optimal speed to market, ensure all prerequisites are met for any deployment in production.
Establish an operational model to prioritize and support ad-hoc data requests
Serve as the primary business owner that works with our Talent Engineering team to build, maintain and improve our people data tools and products
Bring critical thinking & problem-solving skills to a range of challenging problems.
Experience with managing development teams with varied skill sets and geographies.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent degree
10+ years of IT/analytics experience
5+ years of database design
5+ years of work experience managing stakeholders and engineering teams.
5+ years of work experience in a role that involves the generation of technology roadmap (that includes technical and capabilities components)
Experience driving Data Governance programs at scale
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or equivalent degree
Strong proficiency in SQL and ETL processes
5+ years in multi-dimensional design
Experience in enterprise integration, primarily focused on HR systems (Visier, Workday, SmartRecruiters, CSOD, etc)
High proficiency in T-SQL
Coordinated the implementation of Data Science enterprise level programs.

The pay range for this role is $137,000 to $224,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
