The LinkedIn Monetization Strategy & Operations team is looking for a Pricing Strategy Associate Manager to help accelerate growth and strengthen go-to-market operations across our Sales Solutions business. The person will collaborate with leaders in sales, operations, legal, and systems to evaluate cost-effective revenue models, improve global pricing processes & operations, and execute on go-to-market objectives. The Role 

Be part of a global team that drives sustainable monetization growth across LinkedIn 

  • Drive business model and pricing process innovation to accelerate enterprise program growth globally 

  • Partner closely with LinkedIn’s most senior sales professionals to advise on business questions, with data 

  • Help strengthen sales effectiveness (lead rep activation efforts), compliance with global pricing policies, and pricing framework scalability 

  • Build productive relationships and feedback loops with cross-functional partners, including Sales, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Deal Desk, Legal, and Finance teams 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Recommend and execute changes to pricing frameworks, processes, and operations to improve business monetization, sales velocity, deal scalability and operational success 

  • Strategically partner with EMEAL Sales leadership to identify ways our commercial model can be improved 

  • Lead iterative process innovation to accelerate growth, reduce manual processes, and improve operational efficiency across pricing & other cross-functional teams 

  • Educate sales professionals on processes and best practices to improve performance 

  • Leverage large datasets to gather insights on program performance and reports to senior leadership prioritizing data integrity 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications 

  • 2+ years in finance, pricing, sales operations, B2B Sales and/or other operations roles 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Professional experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making 

  • BA/BS Degree 

  • Experience working in an operations team such as Pricing or Strategy & Operations roles running day to day operational business processes with x-fn stakeholder 

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, PowerPoint 

  • Experience in strategically advising emerging markets, particularly EMEAL emerging markets
