Our Workplace team is seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Sr. Workplace Data and Analytics Manager.  As a member of the Workplace Data and Analytics team, you will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders to understand needs, define requirements, and provide reports and actionable insights back to the teams.  

In this role, you will conduct analysis for partners within the Workplace Organization, (Data and Analytics, Real Estate, Operations and Programs) and companywide initiatives. The key objectives are to measure, analyze and translate operational efficiencies, services utilization, sustainability initiatives, behavioral trends, equipment performance and overall consumption. As a Sr. Workplace Data and Analytics Manager, you will have a bias for action and experience understanding business requirements, analyzing data sets, and effectively communicating the results.   

Responsibilities:   

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to initiate, lead and drive to completion large-scale/complex strategic projects for teams, departments and the company. 
  • Act as a thought partner to senior leaders to prioritize/scope projects, provide recommendations, and evangelize data-driven business decisions in support of strategic goals. 
  • Develop data centric presentations to drive strategy and deliver recommendations. 
  • Work with a team of high-performing data science professionals, and cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and optimize workplace product performance. 
  • Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured data; develop deep-dive analyses. 
  • Design and develop core business metrics, create insightful automated dashboards and data visualization to track them and extract useful business insights. 
  • Create a collaborative work environment that fosters shared understanding, transparency, innovation, and continuous learning. 
  • Communicate and tell stories with data, developing executive facing presentations. 
  • Work Pacific Time hours and support global time zones.  

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications  

  • 8+ years of data analytics experience  

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize, simplify and explain complex problems to different types of audience, including executives and compile compelling narratives 
  • Demonstrated problem solving and problem structuring skills with an ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines  
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information, simply and with attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Experience developing executive presentations and storytelling utilizing data and visualization tools 
  • Experience with statistical analysis along with SQL, Python 
  • Experience supporting global regions

The pay range for this role is $125,000 to $203,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
