The LinkedIn Center of Excellence Blueprint, Go to Market Enablement Team is looking for a senior enablement lead who will be tasked with enabling Managers and Leaders with the coaching skills, Blueprint sales skills and knowledge to drive growth with their team and deliver customer value. The global senior enablement lead will be responsible for driving high-impact, scalable field enablement solutions and operationalizing a culture of coaching across LinkedIn Global Business Organization.  

As the key contributor of the team, this position offers an exciting opportunity to create leadership enablement programs to drive a sales coaching culture, Blueprint sales skills development and operations across our lines of business.  As the Centre of Excellence Blueprint team, we raise the bar in how we think about Sales Excellence and embrace learning and growth across Blueprint Sales Competencies, Sales Methodology, Sales Process and Sales Coaching. This team is essential to making learning land, stick, and drive meaningful value for our global business. The Blueprint team is a central team with strong collaboration with GTME lines of business teams for program deployment and prioritization. 

Senior Enablement Lead Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Act as lead subject matter enablement expert for large, complex, multi-quarter and multi-year sales initiatives requiring learning programs and change management to enable the field  
  • Examine sales field work, priorities, and the environment to determine where and how to tie in coaching and other field operational opportunities that deliver measurable outcomes for the business 
  • Work closely with partners within enablement (Learning Design, Sales Performance Consulting, Program Operations) and lines of business to develop and recommend seamless, comprehensive enablement programs that are grounded in our core sales skills and are aligned to business goals   
  • Use analytically driven insights to evaluate, validate and optimize programs based on business impact   
  • Ensure effective change management and communication strategies are established across programs, including regionally, to ensure increased awareness and adoption, buy-in and engagement across the broader Enablement and Sales organizations.  
  • Communicate up and across, ensuring global leaders have awareness and understand impact of programs, and provide Sales Performance Consulting team members with the necessary tools to activate your programs across regions and segments  
  • Demonstrates Coaching, Business, Sales skills and Sales Acumen: Previous experience owning programs and acting as the business expert when working with partners to develop learning experiences. Ensures programs are highly relevant to sales and the lines of business and embedded in operational processes. 
  • Learning program design and management: Experience with the design and build of learning programs including exposure to creating learning objectives, learning experiences, and program management.    
  • Experience managing relationships and partnering with cross-functional teams to roll out large enablement programs at scale   
  • Brings Innovative and Creative Mindset: Experience in bringing creative, out-of-the-box solutions to drive innovative and engaging enablement programs that solve for the skill requirements needed in the most effective way.  
  • Facilitation including workshops, group coaching and 1:1 coaching sessions focused on coaching skills, coaching for sales performance and skills development 
  • Establishes a strong, trust-based relationships with internal GTME leadership, working team, cross-functional partners, and executive stakeholders 
  • Measures and shares progress and feedback against global programming 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications  

  • 4+ years of experience in related roles: enablement, consulting, coaching, sales, program management, sales strategy, change management 
  • 4+ years of Sales experience or sales skills enablement for sales leaders  
  • 3+ years in planning, design and development of complex multi-stakeholder enablement programs 
  • 2+ years experience in facilitating learning content to team(s), either within current role or as a stand alone role 
  • Coaching certification or accreditation and proven experience in driving a culture of coaching and practice (via references, testimonials, PMR, etc.) 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience demonstrated track record of coaching to sales outcomes 
  • Effective sales coaching skills and ability to unlock those skills in others from individual contributors to VPs 
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to take command of a room, experience leading senior leader enablement programs  
  • Strategic thinker who is able to see the entire system, and make recommendations accordingly for subsystems 
  • Knowledge of adult learning, learning design, program development/management 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in fast pace, high-growth environments  
  • Demonstrated ability to build programming that is innovative and effective in driving business outcomes 
  • Experience with change management and leading organizational transformation

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.   

The pay range for this role is $107,000 to $175,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
