This role can be based in Sunnyvale, San Francisco, New York or Seattle.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product Management team to drive the success of our Company Conversations track. This position will be instrumental in guiding  companies to develop and amplify their brand identity by driving interactions with employees, members and other companies in a way that sparks conversations and builds community. As a key member of the Pages Experience product team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative products and solutions aimed at empowering companies to establish a credible professional  brand that can help them attract top talent and connect with the right customers for their products and services.

This role will collaborate closely with engineering, data sciences, and other cross-functional teams to build a suite of products and features using AI. It offers exposure to both "Consumer" product & growth, and also "Enterprise" product via SMB and social media manager experiences.  Ideal candidate is someone with a consumer background and a growth mindset, someone who thrives on new challenges and is driven by the prospect of delivering meaningful impact, at scale!

Responsibilities:

  • Drive product strategy & roadmap to help companies bring all their professional content to LinkedIn, making it the hub for all company and industry related conversations. 
  • Help companies find and cultivate their brand voice and engage with their community (employees, members, similar organizations/peers)
  • Build innovative solutions with partner teams across LinkedIn (Feed, Search, AI, Notifications) to streamline the process of sharing, discovering and participating in trending conversations. 
  • Drive global product requirements definition, product planning and product design (including writing PRDs) of new features and enhancements.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, data sciences, marketing, legal, and business development teams to build, release, promote, and successfully grow features from launch to maturity.
  • Clearly communicate product benefits to our members and generate buy-in and excitement with key stakeholders and executives across LinkedIn
  • Contribute toward a team culture focused on high velocity decision making, deep care, and learning

Qualifications

 Basic Qualifications

  • BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building consumer products in a technology company
  • Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams. Experience working with a set of highly skilled engineers, data scientists, and designers.
  • Strong understanding of the most recent trends around consumer web usage including experience with social media
  • Passionate about building data driven products and experience in leveraging ML to increase impact of B2C or B2B products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to synthesize and simplify complex technical subjects for technical, non-technical, partner and executive audiences alike
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced environment. Strong analytical skills and ability to execute complex product launches

The pay range for this role is $120,000 to $195,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
