We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Senior Manager of Learning Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of learning program planning and operations as well as learning program marketing, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality learning experiences. The Senior Manager of Learning Operations will play a crucial role in driving the success of our learning initiatives, fostering stakeholder relationships, and leading a team of operations specialists to achieve operational excellence.
We are looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for learning and operations, who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a track record in L&D and/or HR operations management with a proven ability to ensure high quality and efficient delivery of learning experiences with high business uptake. Strong partnership with the Global and Regional Talent Development Partners and Talent Development COEs ensures that interventions and learning activation all come together seamlessly to achieve business goals and advancing skill development and organizational health in alignment with the functional business strategy. The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in introducing and implementing scalable programs to meet priority learning and talent development needs across a fast-paced global organization.
Responsibilities
Learning Program Planning and Operations:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for learning program operations.
- Oversee the end-to-end operational aspects of learning programs, from planning to execution.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define program objectives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Implement and optimize processes for efficient enrollment.
- Continuously assess and enhance learning processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement process improvements based on feedback and industry best practices.
Reporting and Quality Assessment:
- Implement robust reporting mechanisms to track key performance indicators and assess the quality and impact of learning programs.
- Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.
- Work closely with Talent Development COEs to partner on program relevance and effectiveness based on the reporting insights and quality assessments.
Program Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote learning programs internally ensuring high business relevance and uptake.
- Collaborate with the Talent Development COEs, and the HR and TD Communications Team to create compelling content and communications to drive program participation.
- Implement and update learning program descriptions in Cornerstone and on other relevant platforms like TransformIn.
- Implement and update a global learning programs calendar.
Learning Request Intake Process:
- Implement, run, and optimize a global process for learning request intakes.
- Ensure a streamlined and user-friendly experience for employees engaging with Talent Development globally.
Project Management of Learning Needs Analysis:
Project manage the end-to-end learning needs analysis process for Talent Development globally in close partnership with the Global and Regional Talent Development Partners and Talent Development COEs.
Stakeholder Relationship with Global HR Operations Team:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with global HR operations teams and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance the overall employee learning experience.
Team Management:
- Lead and motivate a team of operations specialists, providing guidance and support.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in L&D, HR or a related field. Or equivalent practical experience.
- 12+ years work experience including a minimum of 3 years of experience in L&D.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- Proven experience in learning and development operations and program management.
- Good understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills., including responsiveness, business focus, integrity, sound judgement, and ability to prioritize effectively across competing demands.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends around learning strategy, learning operations and effective measurement of learning interventions.

The pay range for this role is $134,000 - $217,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
