LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) is a multi-billion-dollar business for LinkedIn and one of the top three players in B2B digital advertising, growing nearly 3x faster than our category with tremendous growth opportunities ahead (as measured by revenue). When organizations come to LMS, we help them reach and engage professional audiences at scale. We then help turn those audiences into communities, and ultimately, those communities into customers.
We are looking for an experienced product marketer to join the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions team. As a Product Marketing Manager on Identity and Privacy, you’ll partner with Product, Marketing, Business Development, Business Operations, and other cross-functional teams to help our customers understand how to succeed in a privacy-first era.
You will have the opportunity to position our products and solutions in a way that helps customers understand the value of LinkedIn’s ad solutions amidst industry-wide privacy changes. You will be responsible for bringing together a go-to-market strategy across a suite of products including audiences, measurement, optimization and privacy and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute marketing plans. This is a high-visibility role that balances strategic planning with execution.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the holistic voice of the customer and subject matter expert by gathering and structuring key customer, market, and competitive intelligence to drive meaningful action on our product roadmap and GTM strategies.
- Develop go-to-market strategies, including business goals, the definition of target/persona(s), positioning, and messaging, leveraging a deep understanding of product value, customer needs, and the market landscape.
- Participate as a critical business stakeholder on privacy and identity, monitoring KPIs and customer feedback to propose solutions where appropriate.
- Collaborate across a broad range of partner marketing and integrated marketing stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent privacy and identity messaging and support executions of global launches as needed.
- Monitor privacy trends and regional regulations that affect the digital marketing landscape that may ultimately influence our customers and our ads platform.
- Create simplicity out of complexity and flexibly re-prioritize work based on the dynamic nature of a shifting privacy landscape.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience working in a product marketing or product strategy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience executing GTM plans including positioning, messaging, field enablement.
- High EQ with the ability to build impactful cross-functional relationships across large and diverse teams.
- Technical aptitude and experience working around the identity, audience data, and ad measurement landscape.
- Comfortable with, and experienced in, presenting to senior level stakeholders and advertisers.
- Demonstrated internal and external communication skills.

The pay range for this role is $93,000 to $145,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
