We’re looking for designers who lead by connecting the dots between user insights, design patterns, and business goals. You will partner and collaborate closely with user research, UX writing, product management, engineering, marketing, and data science. Responsibilities:
Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of user-centered design process
Create holistic design solutions that address business, brand, and user requirements
Work with web developers and engineers to deliver final products
Application Requirements:

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
B.A./B.S. degree or higher in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience and graduating by July 2023 or earlier
Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications
Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency)
Preferred Qualifications:
Frontend/UI development experience using HTML, CSS, ES6 Javascript
Experience working with state-based frameworks such as Vue, React or Svelte or something similar
Ability to set up a dev environment and work in Git/Github
Understanding of foundational design elements such as color, typography, imagery and adherence to basic design principles
Experience with UI best practices around accessibility and responsive design
Suggested skills:
Experience with Typescript
Design Systems
Figma's Plugin API

The pay range for this role is $102,000 to $155,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
