Job Description

Location - This role can be based in one of our U.S. offices (San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Chicago, Omaha, New York, Carpinteria, Detroit, or Washington DC). The team would also be open to remote employment for the right candidate.

We are looking for an integrated marketing leader that is creative, strategic and customer and member-obsessed to lead our global integrated marketing team for the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions business. This critical role will build a team that aspires to be the vanguard of B2B marketing, helping organizations build the next generation of iconic brands.

Responsibilities include:

  • Devise and execute multivalent marketing campaigns across media, comms and experiential channels

  • Lead,motivate, and develop a high-performing team of creative marketers

  • Work with a roster of the top creative and media agencies in the world

  • Partner closely with segment marketing, product marketing and agency marketing teams

  • Work hand in hand with sales and R&D to lay the conceptual architecture for a renaissance in B2B marketing

  • Partner with Marketing Communications, PR, and Regional Product Marketing to develop and drive go-to-market, content marketing, demand generation strategies through various channels

  • Have a comprehensive pulse on advertising ecosystem dynamics

  • Lead cross functional teams to create a culture of inclusion and belonging

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of integrated and/or brand marketing, or related experience

  • 7+ years of experience hiring, managing and developing both individual contributors and senior leaders

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Track-record of building brand strategy, working with agencies, running complex global campaigns, designing events, marketer education and other go-to-market mechanisms

  • Demonstrated success and passion for collecting and translating customer/user needs and insights into strategic product implications 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear insights/implications

  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships to influence and drive initiatives forward

  • Ability to break down an ambiguous or complex problem, structure a solution and offer recommendations

  • Proven track record of developing and executing high impact go-to-market strategies 

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in business discussions.

The pay range for this role is $275,000 to $350,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
