     As a Sales Leader in BeNeLux, you will own the sales target for the segment and lead a team of Enterprise managers and sales professionals to build and maintain exceptional client relationships. You will have ownership for growing the business. You will focus on delivering results through internal collaboration, stakeholder management and by fostering our values of diversity, inclusion and belonging.

    ​  Responsibilities Include: ​ 

    • Lead and own key client accounts in the region, personally originating and closing new business opportunities and building enduring client relationships. 
    •  Hire, develop, and motivate a high-performing team through coaching and mentorship. 
    • Partner closely with the Senior Leadership Team and key business stakeholders to set sales priorities and key selling strategies to achieve objectives.  
    • Leverage internal and external relationships to seek out strategic business opportunities by developing new and innovative business models. 
    • Build a clear and comprehensive understanding of LinkedIn’s products, business model, customer marketplace and organisational structure.   
    • Consistently monitor the sales activity of the team and track results and be agile to course correct as and when required to meet the needs of the business. 
    • Act as a role model of LinkedIn’s culture and values by fostering an environment of diversity, inclusion and belonging, inspiring the team to do their best work. 
    • Build the reputation and brand of the business by thoughtfully engaging in relevant industry events.  Act as a thought leader for the BeNeLux market.​ 
    • Regular travel within region is required (to be determined based on the future of work and business needs). 

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications  

    • 10+ years sales leadership experience in an Enterprise business.  
    • 5+ years experience managing managers and developing a team
    • Experience driving diversity, inclusion and belonging within your own team and beyond
    • Experience delivering software solutions to enterprise clients
    • Fluent in English 

    Preferred Requirements​ 

    • Fluent Dutch and French would be beneficial.

    Operational experience

    • Expertise in the understanding and application of relevant sales methodologies.   
    • Knowledge of subscription-based business sales models.   
    •  Previous exposure to public sector and government.

    Strategic experience

    • Demonstrate executive impact, drive immediate and long-term growth strategies for mature, enterprise accounts.   
    • Experience of leading enterprise sales leaders, through passion, inspiration, compassion, and managerial excellence.
    • A track record of continuous professional development of self and others.  
    • Consultative and/or solution-selling expertise within the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry.
    • Excellent client management skills with a history of strong client relationships, client advocacy and driving mutually successful outcomes.      
    • Build a positive culture of growth, by championing diversity, inclusion and belonging (DIBs).    
    • Globally-minded localist’; ability to execute global strategy locally, and develop strategic relationships with teams and key stakeholders, internally and externally
