The LinkedIn Marketing Partner Program is a global community of technology and service providers that help companies maximize their performance on LinkedIn. Our partner ecosystem is a core part of how we plan to scale the Marketing Solutions business into the future. We are looking for a Partner Manager to play a key role in scaling our Partner Program globally with a focus on API partners and developers. Exceptional candidates will have a strong background building impactful relationships, an analytical problem solver that understands the marketing technology landscape, and superior entrepreneurial sense.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of strategic partners, own their revenue and go-to-market success through a plan you help define and execute (training, co-selling, marketing, etc).
Define partner success requirements and produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of their impact, needs and growth opportunities.
Have a deep understanding of partner capabilities and solutions to advocate internally and advise field sales teams on how to leverage partners to drive customer success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synthesize Partner needs, develop solutions and advocate for their business.
Manage go-to-market efforts and engagement programs with partners, finding creative and scalable ways to deliver results
Provide ongoing education to partners about new and existing LinkedIn Marketing Solutions to enable growth and innovation
Track, monitor and report on key business metrics to demonstrate partner impact.
Maintain subject matter expertise of partner ecosystems and stay up-to-date with marketing technology and API trends.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS Degree
7+ years of online media, ad technology or marketing technology experience
Experience within a Partnerships or Sales function, specifically strategic partner management (medium to large scale projects)
Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record developing and growing partner programs with 3rd party advertising or marketing technology companies.
Excellent networking and interpersonal skills; skilled at building strong relationships with cross-functional teams internally and externally to drive results and revenue acceleration.
Ability to understand and break down complex and often technical issues and drive projects forward with multiple deliverables, teams and deadlines.
Positive, can-do spirit and adept at dealing with large-cross-functional organizations and a fast paced and frequently changing work environment.
Proven communication and presentation skills
Experience working with API technology partners and developers

As required by C.R.S. § 8-5-201(2): (Colorado only) The minimum pay for this role is $128,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
