Job Description
The Head of Global OSO GTM Operations will be focused on supporting our go-to-market initiatives for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS). This is a unique role in a fast-paced and exciting part of the business focused on driving revenue in our mid-sized and long tail of advertisers. This person will focus on driving prioritization for the Online Sales Organization business in an extremely cross functional environment. This role will partner closely with Marketing, Customer Experience, Business Operations, Data Science, Global Customer Support, Sales Systems and Product.
This position offers a candidate with experience in Consulting, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Sales Finance or Strategic Planning an exciting and high-profile opportunity to influence the trajectory of one of the fastest and most strategic segments within LMS, interact with LinkedIn’s most senior sales business leaders, and become an impactful operator within LinkedIn.
This is a people manager role, with a global team of over 30 people and direct reports in California, Australia, New York and Dublin.
Responsibilities:
Shape the holistic strategy of our Go to Market approach in partnership with the VP of Online Sales LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, in addition to building collaborative cross functional partnerships to achieve business objectives
Drive large and complex work streams that impact our long tail customer base such as innovating new metrics to identify high potential customers and testing new outreach methods (e.g., in-product engagement, marketing channels) as well as building out scalable playbooks across the segment
Inspire and develop a global team of over 30 people, including 5 direct reports across multiple geographies
Share innovative strategies and learnings across Marketing Solutions and LinkedIn to help accelerate other parts of the business
Drive management decision-making & program development by deriving analytics and insights from our CRM, Finance and Ad Serving system
Gain direct exposure to senior leadership, including the opportunity to present insights / recommendations to executives

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
15+ years experience working across management consulting, investment banking or in sales operations, business operations or other analytical/strategic roles
7+ years of leadership experience including a track record of managing other leaders
Preferred Qualifications:
BA/BS degree; MBA or advance degree preferred
Experience working in advertising-led businesses
Experience working on global / large scale program rollouts and execution
Experience with direct line reporting for Manager of managers
Demonstrated ability to inspire coach and mentor direct reports and other members of a team
Strong stakeholder management skills, and comfort partnering and challenging senior Sales executives
Project management skills and ability to mobilize cross-functional teams towards common goals
Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication experience with senior management
Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments
Deep interest in analyzing data and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making
Able to move seamlessly from big picture thinking to operational tactics
