LinkedIn is looking for an enthusiastic Intern to join our Marketing & Communications team.  You will work closely with LinkedIn’s world class Talent Solutions, Sales & Marketing Solutions or Consumer Marketing teams and learn about being a marketing professional.  

While the function of the internship will remain relatively similar across all teams, the responsibilities and projects will differ according to the specific team you are aligned with.  

This is a full-time, 12-week internship that will take place between May - September 2022. This internship will be available in San Francisco. 

Responsibilities

This role, due to the business needs of the team, requires employees to be physically present in the specified office on a full-time basis. This helps to ensure you are best equipped to be successful and have the experience you need to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.

  • Assist with executing marketing strategy, campaigns and events 
  • Work closely with cross-functional marketing teams to drive the business & product marketing strategy 
  • Help build internal microsite 
  • End-to-end development of marketing assets 
  • Collect and parse user feedback to influence strategy 
  • Basic analysis on campaign performance and provide recommendations and insights based on data 

Basic Qualifications

  • Must be currently enrolled in a full-time, academic program at an accredited college or university to obtain a bachelor's degree by June of 2023 or earlier
  • Must be returning to school the term following your summer internship 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong project management and planning skills 
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize 
  • Creative thinker 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally 
  • Strong analytical skills, including basic data analysis 
  • Basic marketing experience (classes, internships, projects, etc.)  
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PPTX) 
  • Social Media experience  
  • We are looking for candidates who possess integrity, passion & humor
