As the next member of the Executive Recruiting Team, you will work in a team-based environment and impact the way recruitment is handled at one of the most influential recruiting organizations in the world. We are looking for a passionate talent acquisition professional who knows how to deliver results while inspiring others around them.
Location: This role can be based in Chicago, Detroit, New York, Omaha, Sunnyvale, Washington DC, or Carpinteria, or Remote depending on which location the applicant chosen for the role is currently residing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively build a talent pipeline for imminent and anticipated leadership roles across LinkedIn
- Uphold a focus on hiring manager and candidate experience and building long-term relationships
- Drive innovation and results around diversity efforts
- Partner with executive and HR leadership team around succession planning and talent strategy in the effort to proactively build out a talent pipeline to augment existing succession slates
- Build strong relationships with high-potential leadership talent within LinkedIn and serve as their advocate for appropriate roles across lines of business
- Identify relevant data & trends for various talent segments and showcase via appropriate presentation mediums
- Articulate LinkedIn’s business model, company and career value proposition at a highly sophisticated level to executive audiences, prospects and candidates
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of recruiting or related experience
- 3+ years focused on Executive-level Search
Preferred Qualifications:
- Entrepreneurial, ability to work independently, challenges status quo and takes intelligent risks
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proven leadership skills – is a self starter, entrepreneurial with a hands on approach. Experience working in a high growth, performance focused environment.
- Strong ability to garner respect quickly across multiple stakeholders – is approachable, collaborative with exceptional stakeholder management skills. Strong executive presence, gravitas and ability to influence at the C –level.
- Ability to understand, articulate, and document a hiring manager’s stated requirements, and formulate a clear value proposition that will attract the caliber of candidate we need to meet those requirements.
- Proven ability to assess external executive candidates for capability to perform the role, as well as leadership competencies, culture fit and other compatibility issues that are critical to success.
- Authentic, integrity driven and results oriented with a wicked sense of humor.

Additional Information
As required by C.R.S. § 8-5-201(2): (Colorado only) The minimum pay for this role is $103,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
