Job Description
In order for us to capitalize on this period of growth and use it to create opportunity for others, we are looking for a Group Product Manager to lead the team that owns all top-of-funnel traffic generation to LinkedIn. This includes ownership over App activation efforts across product, BizDev and marketing, SEO traffic generation and optimization, top of funnel traffic growth, our Guest (non logged-in) experience, and the conversion of our Guest traffic to sign-ups and logged-in member sessions.

Responsibilities:
Drive LinkedIn’s cross-functional Growth team that focuses on top-of-funnel traffic growth.
Define the Product and Marketing vision, roadmap, and strategy for the overall domain.
Hire, manage and develop a team of PMs and consultants.
Identify opportunities to increase LinkedIn’s members’ app activation rates, driving growth and adoption.
Reduce friction in App registration flows to improve customer experience and conversion rates.
Collaborate with LinkedIn’s different lines of business to improve the indexing and discovery of their content with crawlers.
Work across all LinkedIn business teams to facilitate SEO best practices and provide central services and tools to super-charge their SEO growth.
Identify partnerships and potential top-of-funnel channels to drive new and existing members back to LinkedIn.
Lead the Guest (non logged-in) experience to create more engaging customer journeys, that result in conversion to member sign-ups and sessions.
Lead establishment and measurement of KPIs, championing impact-oriented initiatives.
Understand and lead analyses of the competitive environment, customers, and product metrics to determine the right set of features to drive engagement and usage on LinkedIn.
Communicate product benefits to our users and stakeholders, representing the team with the company’s senior leadership.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in a product management or equivalent role
Managerial experience directly managing a product management team
Batchelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Built and launched growth and/or consumer products at scale, with a demonstrated ability to develop an ambitious product strategy and successfully execute on the vision
Top notch collaborator, who can influence others, rally disparate teams to align to and execute on a shared vision, build a positive team culture and sense of inclusion, and communicate effectively with all audiences
An insatiable sense of curiosity, a bias for action, and a strong desire to make an impact
Demonstrated ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Proven communication skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to the marketplace
Proven experience building web products with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development and launch
