Job Description
LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) is a multi-billion-dollar business for LinkedIn and is our fastest growing business line with tremendous growth opportunities ahead. When organizations come to LMS, we help them reach and engage professional audiences at scale. We then help turn those audiences into communities, and ultimately, those communities into customers.
We are looking for an Associate Product Marketing Manager to join the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions team, with a focus on helping companies on LinkedIn create and post valuable organic content that drives meaningful conversations between members on our platform. In this role, you’ll be a full-stack PMM focused on inbound, outbound, and growth activities against all content a brand can publish to their LinkedIn Page for free, including some of our biggest product bets, like LinkedIn Live Events and LinkedIn Articles & Newsletters. An example of one of the big, impactful questions you’ll seek to answer: How do we help time-strapped small businesses regularly post valuable professional content on LinkedIn, so they can better grow their business?

Responsibilities:
- Drive a variety of “Voice of Market” programs. Deliver end-to-end VoM programs, including alphas & betas, customer calls, market research surveys, voice of field sessions, and more. You’ll be responsible for the discussion guide, program structure, interview/call execution, & delivery of insights.
- Influence product roadmap. Successfully influence product strategy with the voice of the market, competitive insights, data and more.
- Develop messaging & positioning. Drive messaging development process w/ teammates and partners.
- Help define and execute go-to-market strategy. Build the launch plan, “quarterback” the execution with cross-functional partners, and own campaign performance conversations w/ leadership.
- Enable the field. Arm the sales team with education, messaging and assets that assist in driving external conversations about your product areas.
- Grow adoption of product areas. Leverage growth marketing tactics, like email and content marketing, to drive product adoption and implement campaigns that continue driving prospects through the funnel.
- Prove impact and optimize. Stay close to how your activities and campaigns contribute to true north product metrics, in order to define and optimize your performance.
*Candidates will be required to reside in the U.S. (specific location flexible dependent on the candidate chosen for the role).

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally with experience in product, social, content and/or event marketing
- BA or BS
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B2C product spaces
- Experience administering a LinkedIn Page
- Active on major social media platforms (FB, IG, Tiktok)
- Experience with gathering and reporting insights
- Experience with messaging and go-to-market planning
- Experience with launching multi-channel campaigns (comms, email, social, web, events, sales enablement, etc.)
- Ability to work autonomously, focusing on key outcomes amidst competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Project management experience
- Strong communicator, verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well cross-functionally with both analytical and creative teams
