SOAR Program - Analyst
LinkedIn’s Strategy, Operations, and Analytics Rotational Program (SOAR) is a highly selective two-year program comprised of rotations in LinkedIn’s Business Operations (BizOps) team. BizOps partners with leaders across the company to drive impact for both Consumer and Enterprise teams, as well as a wide variety of functions, like Product, Sales, and Marketing. The program provides analytical entry level talent with rigorous, high impact, and high visibility roles to accelerate their personal and professional development. It also provides a unique opportunity for analysts to build foundational business knowledge including financial modeling, SQL, strategic framing & analysis, opportunity identification and decision support. Throughout your time as a rotation analyst, you'll learn, be stretched, and grow at an incredible pace. In addition to hands-on experience during each rotation, formal comprehensive training programs will teach you the diverse skill set you need to develop into a data-driven and strategic business leader.
During the program, you’ll take part in outings, all-hands meetings, executive brown-bags and community service events all designed to give you avenues in which to meet your peers, executives and to get a comprehensive view of LinkedIn. Analysts are also paired with mentors to provide career coaching and professional development throughout all rotations and beyond. The program provides an ideal platform for someone interested in a career in consumer & enterprise technology and services, strategy, and operations.
We are a mission-driven company and believe in creating economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce. Ideal candidates are passionate about our vision & mission and want to make an impact.
