We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our EMEA-LATAM Marketing Solutions team in achieving our goal of being the most effective place online for marketers to engage with professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing programs that leverage current trends and capitalize on the ever-changing digital landscape.
Responsibilities:
Partner with EMEA and LATAM sales teams and other cross-functional teams to drive product adoption of priority initiatives.
Work with global partners, regional sales stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to assess support requirements for new product launches from positioning & messaging to GTM strategy and sales motions to launch-day execution and sales momentum plans across the region
Be an expert in synthesizing product information into actionable, scalable strategies capable of demonstrating the clear value and/or needs of our customers and sales partners in EMEA and LATAM
Lead LMS regional customers and sales through the entire go-to-market journey from early customer research, alpha and beta testing to product launch and post-launch look-back
Perform customer validation and research to influence product roadmap, product features and marketing positioning through in-person customer engagement and data-driven analysis
Collaborate with and stakeholder manage a complex, multi-functional organisational matrix with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Sales, Business Operations, Business Development and Agency.
Represent the voice of the region on the global stage to influence product and product marketing decision-making.
Partner with regional Sales Reps and Client Solutions Managers to understand and consult on our product solutions
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of product marketing experience
Experience in digital technology, advertising, or advertising technology
Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience launching new products to internal and external stakeholders
Ability to size and prioritize market opportunities and build business cases
Experience working in complex, multi-functional organisations to develop relationships with partners
Experience in sales, account management, or other client-facing roles
Robust analytical skills and experience with leverage insights to drive immediate in-product action
Interpersonal skills with the ability to work well cross-functionally with both analytical and creative teams
Ability to work autonomously, focusing on key outcomes amidst competing priorities and tight deadlines
Experience with messaging and go-to-market planning
Written communication and project management skills
Familiarity with the LinkedIn product suite
Deep knowledge of media sales and field process in international environments
Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape
A fast learner with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change
